To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SecondDoctorOpinion.com, its affiliates, employees, and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
